Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences starts participating in the European Human Resources Development Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) in order to improve the working conditions and career opportunities of researchers, based on the European Charter for Researchers and a Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers With this initiative, we are strengthening the European Research Area, while providing opportunities for researchers to build a successful and sustainable career at our university.
